The host

Ten homes, one way of hosting.

Harsh Malaiya started hosting in college and never really stopped. A graduate of BITS Pilani, Harsh now looks after ten homes across Jabalpur, each with its own character: a verandah strung with linen, a studio that opens onto the lawn, a quiet apartment lit by wall lamps.

What they share is the way they’re kept. The whole home is yours, help is always a message away, and the welcome is the one Harsh writes at the end of each listing.

“Welcome to my stays, welcome to life.”

What guests say

In a guest’s words

“The place feels more like a thoughtfully maintained home than a regular stay option — clean rooms, peaceful surroundings, and a comfortable atmosphere throughout. … Overall, a great place to stay in Jabalpur if you’re looking for comfort, privacy, and warm hospitality.”

The city

Slow mornings, a river of marble.

Wake up slowly, spend the afternoon on the Narmada, and come back to a home that’s entirely yours. Jabalpur is easy to explore from any of the homes.

  1. 01

    Bhedaghat Marble Rocks

    About 13 km

The Narmada narrows between white marble cliffs. Take a boat through the gorge, ideally late in the day when the stone turns gold.

  2. 02

    Dhuandhar Falls

    Beside Bhedaghat

A short walk upstream, the river drops into a column of spray. Mornings are quieter.

  3. 03

    Madan Mahal Fort

    Close to the Bilhari homes

A Gond-era fort on a granite ridge. A short climb, rewarded with wide views over Jabalpur.

  4. 04

    Bhawartal Garden

    Close to the Bilhari homes

A city garden for an unhurried evening walk.

Yes. Every home is rented entire: bedrooms, living space, kitchen and bathroom are yours alone for the stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 12:00 pm and checkout is by 10:00 am at every home. Check-in is self check-in, with building staff at the central homes and a lockbox at the two Bilhari homes. If you need to arrive early or leave late, mention it when you enquire.
